Mallory-Weiss tear refers to a condition in which the lining of esophagus tears due excessive strain, resultingin bleeding. This is commonly caused by vomiting or retching and can lead significant complicationsif not promptly treated. Early identification management are critical for preventionof further damage promotion optimal patient outcomes. Clinicians should maintain high index ofsuspicion this patients with history prioritize appropriate diagnosticand therapeutic interventions minimize risk adverse outcomes
